After being admitted to the California Bar in 1989, I built a 37-year career representing clients in complex, high-stakes matters at both the trial and appellate levels. My experience includes service as a Judge Pro Tem and partnership in a business litigation firm, where I guided clients through disputes involving significant legal, financial, and reputational exposure.
Educated in Rhetoric at UC Berkeley and in Law at the University of Texas at Austin, my work has consistently centered on strategic analysis, disciplined communication, and decisive judgment under pressure.
Today, I apply that foundation in a strategic advisory role, helping leaders manage risk, decision-making, and communication at the highest level before conflict escalates into crisis.
